We are fortunate to have such a talented, driven, and enthusiastic team of professionals committed to fulfilling Copperfield Hill’s mission and dedicated to serving our residents.
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Todd has a degree in Health Administration from the University of South Dakota and had over 24 years of experience in the senior housing industry when he joined the Copperfield Hill team in 2015. Todd has truly devoted his career to bettering the lives of seniors. He enjoys being part of the Copperfield family and serving the wonderful residents that call Copperfield home. Todd works each day to make a difference in the lives of our seniors. On many weekends throughout the year, Todd can be found at the family cabin in Wisconsin enjoying cabin life.

Sherry is no stranger to Copperfield Hill. This is her second time in this position! Sherry was happy to re-join the Copperfield Hill family in 2016 when she returned to the Twin Cities after living in the Brainerd Lakes area. She said, “Working with the residents and staff at Copperfield Hill feels like I have come back home.” And the feeling is mutual! Sherry is finishing her degree from Bethel University with a major in Christian Ministries and a minor in Organizational Leadership. In her spare time, Sherry enjoys chasing after her two children and attending all their sporting activities. She and her family love nature and enjoy discovering the many hidden gems in Minnesota by camping, hiking, and kayaking.

Olivia has been a part of the Copperfield Hill team since 2015, leading a team of dedicated staff in the nursing department. Olivia has a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the College of St. Scholastica and many years of senior care experience. One of her favorite aspects of Copperfield Hill is the longevity and relationships with staff, residents, and family members. Olivia has three boys and spends her free time enjoying her children’s various activities and spending time in the outdoors with family.

Janelle began working at Copperfield Hill in 2019, bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge with her. She holds an Associate’s Degree in nursing and has worked in multiple settings within the healthcare industry. Janelle loves developing relationships with our residents in their homes and says Copperfield’s staff and residents are “like a family” to her. They feel the same way; our resident’s eyes light up when they see Janelle! She has the heart of a true caregiver and is willing to do whatever it takes to enhance the quality of life and meet the needs of the residents she serves. She is married with three children and two dogs and spends as much time outdoors with them as possible. Janelle never misses an opportunity to run a 5k or 10k or take a hot yoga class.

Mary is a long-time member of the Copperfield Hill family and has worked in the senior housing industry since 2003. She loves all aspects of working with seniors, and you can tell she enjoys her job—she always has a smile on her face! Mary is committed to meeting the needs of residents and families and making Copperfield Hill a supportive environment that provides the highest quality of life and service.

Chrissy brought nine years of experience in the senior housing industry with her when she came to Copperfield Hill in 2018. She loves working at Copperfield because the atmosphere is “absolutely wonderful” and it is important to her to work somewhere where staff treat the residents like family. Chrissy is a problem solver and will always go above and beyond for our staff and residents.

Deb started working at Copperfield Hill in 2022. She grew up in Duluth but has called the Twin Cities home for over 30 years. Deb says she feels “blessed to be a part of the Copperfield community” and makes sure she takes time to visit with the residents. The residents love her; she is always upbeat and smiling.

CULINARY DIRECTOR
Thomas joined Copperfield Hill as the Director of Culinary Services in July 2023. He brings a wealth of experience from various food industry roles to Copperfield Hill. Thomas has two sons. The oldest son is a police officer for St. Anthony. His youngest son is a freshman at South Dakota State. Thomas is busy traveling to his games, where he is a wide receiver for the Jackrabbits football team. In his free time, Thomas enjoys golfing in Minnesota or traveling with his family to warmer climates to seek the golf course.
