We believe in aging in place, meaning you can remain in your apartment and receive services. However, if memory care services are needed, that would necessitate a move within our facility.

The Independent Living and Assisted Living apartments are not separate, allowing residents to stay in their apartments even if they need additional care services in the future.

Absolutely! Our residents can have overnight guests. We also have an on-site guest suite available for a fee.

Of course! We only ask that you inform us when you will be away from the community.

Yes! You can park outside in the parking lot for free or in our underground heated parking garage for a fee.

Residents have the right to choose their medical providers, so you can stay with your current providers or use our on-site providers to simplify your life. Primary Care Physician, Psychiatrist, Therapist, Podiatry, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Optometry, Audiologist are all offerings our team can help coordinate. Vaccination clinics are provided on-site.

Yes! We have both a van and a bus for resident outings, such as shopping, medical appointments, restaurants, or other scheduled outings.

We have a dedicated Life Enrichment Coordinator who plans an array of activities, including exercise, games, entertainment, arts and crafts, and movies. Our Community Pastor provides spiritual engagement through a non-denominational service on Sundays, Bible Study classes, personal meetings, and devotionals. Yes! Residents can rent storage lockers for a small monthly fee. They must provide their own locks to secure their storage unit.

Residents can have a cat with a $500.00 deposit, provided it is current on its vaccinations. Dogs are allowed to visit for the day.

Yes! Independent Living includes a continental breakfast daily. Residents can cook independently or purchase meals, including a made-to-order breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Assisted Living and Memory Care residents are provided with three meals per day.
