The Story of Copperfield Hill
Copperfield Hill, a premier senior housing community, owes its existence to my mother, Elva. Raised in a family plumbing business, I learned the importance of excellent customer service. This philosophy carried over to Copperfield Hill, where my children continue the tradition today.
After my father passed away, my mother began to struggle living alone. Her personal care declined, and she became lonely. Recognizing the need for a change, I decided to build an apartment complex tailored to her needs. This idea led to the creation of Copperfield Hill in 1986, featuring a “town center” atrium designed to combat loneliness.

She enjoyed activities like sing-alongs, card games, and movie nights, making the most of her time at Copperfield Hill. Read the Full Story
